Amanda previously worked within The Salvation Army’s Victorian Social Programme Consultancy Unit, providing R&E, policy, programme development and quality improvement advice and support to The Salvation Army’s community services across Victoria, and an advisory and secretariat support role to the Victorian State Council. Prior to that Amanda held research roles within The Salvation Army Crossroads Housing & Support Network, a private government relations consultancy, and the Victorian Parliament. Amanda also has experience managing a community-based counselling service.
